Jennifer joined Healthy Alliance because she wants to assist community members in navigating a complex health care system, ensuring they receive the supports and services needed to remain healthy and successful within their homes and communities. Jennifer has 30 years of experience in case management/care coordination services, beginning her career at the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and most recently at the Lead Health Home program at St. Mary’s Healthcare for both adults and children in Fulton and Montgomery counties. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending family events, concerts, and participating in animal rescue.
