Sarah Eipp

Sarah joined Healthy Alliance because our vision in making integrated care accessible to all resonates deeply with her passion for reimagining how social, behavioral, and health care services are delivered and paid for. She believes that community health is best advanced by building strategic, trusting partnerships and fostering collaboration to create sustainable care delivery models. Before joining Healthy Alliance, Sarah held leadership roles in population health, leading and supporting initiatives in value-based care, care coordination, and post-acute network development. As a Registered Dietitian, she is especially committed to the prevention and management of chronic conditions. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking advantage of all the activities the Great Sacandaga Lake region and the foothills of the Adirondacks have to offer.
