With more than 18 years of experience in non-profit leadership and health care operations, she has overseen multi-county program growth and advanced compliance and quality initiatives while building strong partnerships across health and human service organizations. She is passionate about leadership and making systems work better for individuals and families by reducing barriers, streamlining processes, and fostering team growth and development. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys traveling, writing, and spending time with her close-knit family. She values family, community, and connection — the same principles that guide her work every day.
