Dave joined Healthy Alliance because he’s passionate about supporting teams and individuals to succeed through training. With over a decade of training experience, he has designed engaging workshops, coached staff, and helped improve processes to promote best practices and equitable outcomes for families and children in the Child Welfare system. Dave brings a collaborative, problem-solving approach with a focus on practical outcomes. An Upstate New York native, Dave and his husband enjoy traveling, connecting with family and friends, and spending time at home with their three cats. Known for his approachable style and curiosity, Dave is always ready to connect with colleagues, share ideas, and have a good laugh.
