Davonta joined Healthy Alliance because he’s passionate about supporting individuals and families in achieving housing stability and long-term well-being. He brings extensive experience in case management and community outreach, with a strong background in evidence-based approaches such as Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Critical Time Intervention. Before joining Healthy Alliance, Davonta worked with the Homeless and Travelers Aid Society and St. Catherine’s Center for Children where he helped people overcome barriers to care and access critical community resources. He holds an associate degree in human services from Hudson Valley Community College, a bachelor’s degree in human services from Southern New Hampshire University, and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work at Utica University. Outside of work, Davonta enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and watching football. Go Bills!
