Dawnmarie joined Healthy Alliance because of her passion for helping people who often have little to no supports develop skills to maintain independence with compassion and respect. Dawn has more than 36 years of experience serving her community, having previously worked as a Human Services Practitioner for Upstate Cerebral Palsy for over 30 years and most recently as a Transition Specialist for NYS Open Doors Transition Program. Dawn strongly believes that working together to connect people to services, with dignity and respect, strengthens families and the community overall. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children, bonus daughter, and fiancé. She loves cooking/baking, hiking the ADK, making jewelry, and antiquing.
