Grace joined Healthy Alliance because she wants to make a meaningful impact on the community by supporting its members in achieving long-term stability and overall well-being. She holds a bachelor’s degree in community health from SUNY Potsdam and brings over eight years of experience as a Family Support Specialist and Supervisor, leading and supporting programs focused on empowering community members, improving access to resources, and strengthening service coordination. Grace is passionate about building trusted relationships and creating practical solutions that help people overcome barriers and reach their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and cooking.
