Jessica joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that every person deserves to have access to resources and services that help them do their best, feel their best, and be their best. With over 7 years of experience in the health care sector, she has dedicated the past two years to honing her skills as a Quality Analyst, ensuring that processes and standards meet the highest quality benchmarks. Prior to that role, she spent five impactful years as the office lead for a busy surgery center, where she managed daily operations and fostered team-oriented and patient-focused care. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys reading, running, spending quality time with her dogs, watching her four kids at their various sports and life activities, and going to concerts with them. She is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan whose mood for all of football season is determined by how well Josh Allen plays.
