Lauren joined Healthy Alliance because she believes everyone deserves quality, person-centered health care and she wants to work for an organization that makes a positive impact in our communities. With 17 years of experience in health care administration and revenue cycle management with a strong focus on professional billing and operations, she brings extensive experience working with commercial payers as well as Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement processes. Her background spans small organizations, large medical billing firms, and long-term care settings. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, and watching and attending Yankee’s games.
