Leigh joined Healthy Alliance because she’s passionate about helping people and recognizes that there’s not only a need for more services but also for a better way to get connected to existing services. She has 14 years of experience in the human services/non-profit field, ranging from teaching preschoolers, ensuring client safety while children are on non-custodial parental visits, and working with victims of domestic violence. With a bachelor’s in psychology from SUNY Oswego, she has an understanding of human thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how their social needs can impact all aspects of their lives. Outside of work, she is a big foodie, always on the hunt for something new and exciting; loves going to concerts, both local and out-of-state; walking, hiking, and occasionally jogging; and reading. She lives with her teenage son, long-time boyfriend, and handsome dog Charlie.
