Social Care Manager, North Country

Margaret joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to live healthy, independent lives. During her time as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she saw firsthand the effect a Social Care Network (or lack thereof) can have on overall health. Margaret is passionate about building individual relationships with community members and seeks opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. In her role as a Social Care Manager in the North Country, she is able to help people identify and overcome barriers to care and implement person-specific solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family. Margaret lives in Warren County with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and cat.
