Rina joined Healthy Alliance because she believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy life through access to high-quality resources and support. Having grown up in the Bronx, she understands the challenges that come with limited access and awareness to essential services, driving her deep commitment to health equity and community empowerment. With a strong personal commitment to equity and service, she is passionate about contributing to mission-driven organizations that align with her values. Rina holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Baruch College and University of Massachusetts Lowell. She brings over 7 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in nonprofit finance, where she gained hands-on expertise in full-cycle accounting, audit preparation, budgeting, and financial systems implementation. In her free time, Rina enjoys cooking new recipes, hiking, and spending time with her husband, baby, and pets.
