Social Care Navigator, North Country

Robyn joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that well-being is best supported through coordinated care that meets social, medical, emotional, and environmental needs. She is eager to be part of an organization that connects individuals with a wide network of programs and services, creating an even greater impact in the lives of those we serve. With five years of experience in human services including three years in case management, Robyn has specialized in supporting homeless and runaway youth as well as working with New York State’s Safe Harbour program, providing care for individuals vulnerable to or affected by sexual exploitation and trafficking. She is inspired by Healthy Alliance’s collective mission to uplift and empower communities and feels grateful to contribute to this important work. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
