Sarah joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that addressing broader systems and structures is a necessity to advance health. As part of that work, Sarah is committed to driving excellence and accountability through compliance with policy and regulation. Her passion for compliance and quality assurance is rooted in a firm belief that accountable programs deliver more equitable, high-quality services. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, she has dedicated her career to improving access to health and social care. With a deep focus in Medicaid, Sarah has leadership expertise in compliance and care management and has worked across managed care, government, and community-based nonprofit settings. Sarah has lived and worked throughout New York State before settling in the Capital Region with her family. She is energized by spending time with loved ones and works to find joy in everyday moments.
