Sheila joined Healthy Alliance because she wanted to continue to improve health outcomes and empower marginalized populations. Sheila earned her bachelor’s degree in human development from SUNY Empire State College. Her career spans two decades, focusing on service provision and building and overseeing programs in human services. In Sheila’s free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, walking her dog, and spending time with her grandchildren.
